Welcome to VetriApp. By accessing or using our platform at vetriapp.com or our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use VetriApp.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VetriApp, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you are registering on behalf of a coaching center, you also confirm that you have authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

VetriApp provides an AI-powered TNPSC exam preparation platform including:

• Mock exams and practice questions for TNPSC Group 1, 2, 2A, 4, and VAO.
• Performance analytics and progress tracking.
• Coaching center management tools (assignments, attendance, live classes).
• Study material marketplace for buying and selling educational content.
• Discussion forums for exam preparation.
• Bilingual support in Tamil and English.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at info@vetriapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Pricing

VetriApp offers free and paid plans. Pricing details are displayed on the platform. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

4.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. For marketplace purchases (study materials), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, copy, or redistribute exam questions or answers outside the platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape platform content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, illegal, or infringes on intellectual property.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose other than as explicitly permitted (e.g., the study materials marketplace).
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content in forums or discussion areas.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All exam questions, platform design, features, and branding are the intellectual property of VetriApp. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6.2 Your Content

When you upload study materials or post in forums, you retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant VetriApp a non-exclusive license to store and display your content to authorized users on the platform. You confirm that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

6.3 Marketplace Content

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of study materials they sell. VetriApp takes a 25% platform commission on marketplace sales. VetriApp reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

7. Coaching Center Terms

• Center admins are responsible for managing their students and ensuring students' compliance with these Terms.
• Center admins may view their enrolled students' exam performance, attendance, and assignment data.
• Centers may not add more students than permitted under their subscription plan.
• Centers are responsible for obtaining consent from students before enrolling them.

8. Disclaimers

• VetriApp is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with TNPSC (Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission) or any government body.
• We do not guarantee that use of our platform will result in passing any exam. Exam results depend on the individual's effort and preparation.
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetriApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or exam failure. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with 7 days' notice (except in cases of serious violations, where immediate termination applies). You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to paid features ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of VetriApp shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of VetriApp after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
